Sony PC Companion is automatically set up to periodically check for software updates. This should be the same as on the device. Enter your Google login information and click Next.Choose the content to sync / application to sync with and click Next.On first use, it will take a moment to start Sync Zone. Scroll to and click Start underneath Sync Zone.Follow the on screen instructions and click OK.Wait while the information is restored to the device.Click Next to begin the restore operation.Check the desired content to restore and click Next.Select the desired phone backup file and click Restore.If not all of the information is copied over, you will see a error message and recommended troubleshooting step. Wait while the Sony PC Companion backs up the information.Wait while the Sony PC Companion retrieves the phone file system information.Check the desired content to back up and click Next.On first use, it will take a moment to start Backup and Restore.
